These aren't her technical first steps but it's the first time she has done it consistently enough for me to get a video.

Ainsley's First Steps
So as many of you know Miss Ainsley has refused to walk on her feet. She has walked on her knees for months and has cruised furniture with the best of them but when it comes to getting places she prefers her knees. She is finally starting to take a few steps to Mom or Dad without holding on!
These aren't her technical first steps but it's the first time she has done it consistently enough for me to get a video.

Fifteen Months
Ben and Ainsley are 15 months old! Of course they are growing like crazy and doing all sorts of new stuff so here it is!
Ben - you are back to being our long, skinny guy. I think all the weight you gained while taking the steroids is gone now. You eat all the time but we can still see your ribs. You get a little irritated with us if we don't keep the food coming fast enough!
You weighed 21 lbs 10 oz at your 15 month appointment last week. You are 31 inches long! You wear 18 month clothes and size 5 shoes. You are in size 4 diapers.
You aren't the best sleeper...so it's a good thing you're cute! You usually go to bed alright around 7pm and if we are lucky you sleep until 6 or 6:30am. Once last week you slept until 7:15am! Of course I had to go in before you woke up to make sure you were okay since you never sleep that late! If we aren't lucky you are up at 5am or 5:30am.
You do a great job eating and really aren't very picky. You eat meat great and love fruit and snacks like goldfish and teddy grahams as well. You have been loving blueberry greek yogurt lately. You eat SO much of it!
You LOVE Daisy. You always love to watch her and pet her. She usually puts a big grin on your face.
You have a couple different types of piano toys and you really like those. Anything that makes noise when you bang on it is makes you happy. You are quite the babbler these days. You say Mama and Dada and Uh Oh the most and you babble all kinds of nonsense too. Dad swore you were saying Daisy the other day.
You aren't crawling or walking yet but you do a good job of getting what you want through pivoting on your right hand, rolling and going back and forth from laying to sitting. You have started making some attempts at pulling yourself on your tummy so I would guess we'll see you do a sort of army crawl next.
You love to dance - it is more of a bob - but still darn cute. You are very into waving right now. You do it all the time! You are such a handsome boy and we love you so much!
Ainsley - you are learning so much all the time! You have really started saying more words. You say Mama, Dada, Bubba (brother), Daisy, All Done, Cracker, Bye-Bye, Hello, Uh Oh, and Moo (like a cow).
You weighed 21 lbs 14 oz and were 29 inches long at your 15 month appointment last week! You are still pretty short but are fitting into 18 month clothes and size 3 shoes. You wear size 4 diapers.
You really are your mother's daughter when it comes to sleeping. You go to bed around 7pm and sleep until 7am or when we wake you up if you have to go to daycare early. You have been known to sleep until 8am or later sometimes!
You have become a pickier eater lately and like fruit and sweet things the most. You are not good about eating meat. You would probably enjoy toast with jelly for every meal if we let you! The pediatrician told us if you don't want to eat your food we don't have to give you something you like just to get you to eat. You will eat when you're hungry and so far she has been right!
You still love reading books and certainly have your favorites. You like The Three Little Pigs, Brown Bear, Brown Bear, Chicka Chicka Boom Book, and The Good Morning Book. You and your brother both like to be pushed around in your trikes at night too. It keeps you both entertained for a long time!
You also have a monkey that sings and dances that you have to watch a dozen times everyday. You like to dance to the music. Another favorite activity is digging everything out of the kitchen cupboards and playing with it. You especially like the beaters to the mixer and playing the with empty pop cans which you pretend to drink from.
You are good at giving kisses and have started to blow kisses. You are good at waving hello and goodbye. You are such a sweetheart and we love you so much!

Phone Pictures
Well I haven't posted for a way long time and I don't really have the energy to do a proper post so a picture dump it is!
We moved into our new house on December 29th and have been going non-stop ever since. I fully intend to post pictures of the house but it is a disaster right now! It is so hard to get organized with two 1 year olds.
So, without further ado...
